We would like to thank our U12 sponsor for providing a new team strip
for the girls this year, Mr Brian O'Hagan of Georgian plaster
mouldings.
Under 16- Our girls got their league campaign off to a good start
beating Cappagh in the first round although suffered defeat to
Carrickmore in the second round. Next Fixture: Tuesday 12th August @
7.30pm- St. McCartans V. Ardboe. Under 16 Grade 1 Championship Thursday
14th August @ 7pm- Cill iseal V. Ardboe
Under 8 and 10 training will restart on Saturday 23rd August @ 11am.
Note change due to Tyrone match. New management in Place. Could all
children please remember £1 per training. Under 12 training is
cancelled also due to Tyrone game.

The called off Camogie final against Eglish due to been played yesterday is now on tonight (Monday 18th) in Derrylaughan at 7.15pm.

The reserves struggled to come to terms with the slippy underfoot
conditions failing to convert early dominance onto the score board and
a first half penalty miss proved costly. Trailing 0-4 - 0-3 at half
time Ardboe came out in the 2nd half & took the lead for the first
time in the match, however Clonoe weren’t going to relinquish their
title easily and forced Ardboe onto the back foot in closing moments,
gained an easy free to hit the winner. Ardboe had a late free to force
extra time but unfortunately it went wide. Full time score: Clonoe 0-9 Ardboe 0-8.

Our minors have reached their first championship final in 10 years after a 6 point victory over Dromore on Sunday in Galbally. After a late switch of venue our young lads who led from start to finish produced an all round great performance and were all ways the better team.
